Cancellation Policy

Payment Schedule

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer are required to secure your wedding date.

• 40% Retainer due at booking (non-refundable)
• 40% Payment due sixty (60) days prior to the wedding
• 20% Balance due fourteen (14) days prior to the wedding

Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at booking.

Cancellation Policy

• The 40% retainer is non-refundable
• Cancellation more than 60 days prior: payments beyond the retainer may be refunded
• Cancellation within 60 days of the event: all payments are non-refundable

Rescheduling

To reschedule your wedding date, a $200 rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability. If unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

Late Arrivals

A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes of delay caused by late arrivals. If delays prevent completion of services, no refunds will be issued.
