These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Suzette Makeup Artistry LLC. By booking services, you agree to the following terms.

Suzette Makeup Artistry – Where Beauty Meets Purpose

1. Booking & Payment Terms

A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer of forty percent (40%) are required to secure the wedding date.

Payment Schedule:

All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment is not received by the deadline, Suzette Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

2. Services Provided

Suzette Makeup Artistry, LLC provides professional makeup services only. Hair services are not offered at this time.

Services may include:

Products used include professional and luxury cosmetic brands such as Dior, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, MAC, Estée Lauder, and other professional-grade cosmetics.

3. Minimum Booking Requirement

During peak wedding season (typically March through November on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays), a minimum booking of four (4) makeup services is required to reserve the wedding date.

If the minimum is not met, Suzette Makeup Artistry reserves the right to adjust pricing or decline the booking.

4. Bridal Party Size

Suzette Makeup Artistry operates primarily as a solo makeup artist business.

One artist can typically complete four (4) to six (6) services depending on the timeline.

If the booking includes more than six (6) services, an additional professional makeup artist may be required to ensure services are completed within the available timeframe.

5. Scheduling & Timeline

The final wedding day timeline will be confirmed approximately thirty (30) days prior to the event.

All individuals receiving makeup services must arrive with clean skin and no existing makeup.

Services must occur consecutively and at the same location unless otherwise agreed.

6. Wedding Day Service Changes

The services listed in this agreement represent the final confirmed services for the wedding date.

Any changes to the number of services or schedule must be requested at least thirty (30) days prior to the wedding.

Additional services requested on the wedding day will only be performed if time allows and at the discretion of Suzette Makeup Artistry. If approved, payment must be made immediately before the service begins.

If a scheduled individual declines service on the wedding day, the service will still be charged in full.

Full payment must be completed before services are performed. Suzette Makeup Artistry does not store credit card information.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If the client requests to reschedule the wedding date, a rescheduling fee of two hundred dollars ($200) will apply. Rescheduling is subject to artist availability. If the artist is unavailable on the requested date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

All official communication regarding contract changes must occur through email or another designated professional channel. Social media messages or third-party communications are not considered official contract communication.

5. Late Arrivals

A late fee of fifty dollars ($50) will be charged for every thirty (30) minutes of delay caused by late arrivals or interruptions to the service schedule.

If delays prevent completion of services, no refunds will be issued for unfinished services.

6. Travel Policy

Travel within the Charlotte, North Carolina area may be included depending on the location.

Events outside the Charlotte area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and travel time.

Parking, tolls, and valet costs are the responsibility of the client.

Suzette Makeup Artistry reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe, disrespectful, or unsanitary conditions.

Terms may be updated at any time. Updated versions will appear on our website.
